I Ask For Your Help...

Tonight after watching the new episode of Castle (which was awesome, by the way), the news came on and started reporting a bunch of horrible events that occurred today in Tulsa. After I switched it off, I thought about my friends and how when we get together we talk about all the amazing, wonderful, and funny things we come across in our daily lives. We talk about extraordinary situations that happen around us, funny conversations we overhear, amazing things we see in daily life. We share funny emails and videos of kids or grandkids doing amazing things!

And so a question came to my mind. What if the news we see on TV (and let's be honest, most of it is bad news) is only a fraction of what is really going on "out there" in the world? What if the world being presented to us through our TVs (and other major media sources) is only 1% or even 10% of what is really happing with people?!

I then began to imagine a place where people could share their positive experiences. How would that look? As it took shape in my mind, I saw a place on the internet where people could post a thought, quote, something overheard, or a story someone told them. People could post a line or a paragraph. Someone could take a photo of something that made them smile, then post a link to it. Or a video. The list could go on and on...

Twitter has been my outlet for these things up until now. But the more time I spend there, the more I realize it is a huge place when so much information! I love Twitter! But I usually have to search though a lot of tweets before I find something that really inspires me. And I try to start each day finding a new inspiration.

So. This is where I ask for your help. I have created a new page on this site where, using the comments box, anyone can share whatever they like. I'm not even going to go into any dos and don'ts because I imagine this page as a place where we can open it up each morning and scroll through posts that prove to us that the world is greater than what we see on the news. We see posts that show how amazing humanity really is and how ready we are to embrace this fact.

So go nuts! I know you have it in you!

Your page can be found here and also via the top menu bar:

<span>Great idea, Andrea.
Not only does it give each of us a lift but the entire unified field benefits. This is a lot more important than most people realize.
